How do I book tickets?

Browse events on the Explore page, select an event, choose your seats and ticket tier, then proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation with your tickets after payment.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Refund eligibility depends on the event's refund policy shown on the event page. If eligible, go to My Tickets, select the booking, and request a cancellation.

How do I view my tickets?

Go to My Tickets (accessible from your profile or the navigation bar). Your booked tickets with QR codes will be listed there.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI via our payment gateway. Cash payments are not supported.

How do I become an event organiser?

Register for an account, then apply for organiser status from your profile page. Our team will review your KYC documents and approve your account.

I didn't receive my OTP. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, try resending the OTP from the login screen or contact us.
